…the LORD God (Yehovah/Jehovah of the Elohiym) made the earth and the heavens, – Genesis 2:4

Because I will publish (cry out, proclaim) the name of the LORD (Yehovah/Jehovah): ascribe ye greatness unto our God (the Elohiym).

He is the Rock, his work is perfect (complete, whole, entire, sound): for all his ways are judgment: a God (El) of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. Deuteronomy 32:3-4 KJV

Yehovah/Jehovah will ascribe greatness unto the Elohiym but El (Shaddai) is just and right.
